An Egypt-based User Operation Specialist Wanted
 
Job Description
A UAE-based internet & technology company is seeking a User Operation Specialist (Egypt-based) to help them source, identify, acquire, serve, and manage App users in Egypt to ensure user satisfaction and to drive product optimization in the country.
The main responsibilities are as below:
1. Learn and collect industry information and Arabic culture to associate on product localization & optimizations.
2. Input into overall user acquisition strategy in Egypt to increase APP user base.
3. Devise and implement user sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential users.
4. Source, approach and acquire qualified & influential users through social media platforms.
5. Serve, and manage users via identifying user needs, quickly responding & troubleshoot, and providing effective workarounds & solutions.
6. Collect, screen, and analyze users’ feedbacks, complaints, App issues, and partner with internal teams to ensure the reported technical issues are resolved timely.
 
Job Requirement
 
1. Similar work experience in customer service or platform operations related in internet & technology industry.
2. A thorough understanding of social media platforms / products and being passionate about it.
3. Bachelor\\\'s degree or above with minimal 2 years work experience.
4. Quick learner with excellent communication, problem-solving skills,  and analytical skills.
6. Native Chinese speaker being proficiency in English, Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
